Job Description:

At iPBX, we work with our partners every day to solve their biggest technology and business issues. We even help them unlock new business opportunities by being more effective communicators. The Business Development team is responsible for selling communications solutions to both existing partner clients as well as green field partners that you discover for the team. iPBX’ extensive technology portfolio includes networking, cloud, machine-to-machine, security, professional services and mobility solutions. iPBX BD Consultants are focused on introducing organizations to the popular communications service.

• Develop new subscriber partners each month while maintain connections with existing partners clients.
• Achieve and exceed required number of iPBX subscriber sign ups and sales targets
• Build long term, strategic relationships with partner accounts, securing strategic sales opportunities that drive profitable revenue growth for partner and AINEO.
• Meet partners, evaluate needs, consult AINEO internal resources, and recommend solution that is most beneficial to partner and AINEO.

Essential Skills

• University degree or equivalent level of education, preferably in information technology or sciences
• Experience in telecommunications, conferencing, or other related industry
• Two years or more in selling products, solutions, and delivering customer service.
• Strong communications skills and consistent infectious positive attitude.
• Well-developed presentation and problem solving skills to help solve partner client real business issues
• Self motivated, with ability to work independently as well as take up team leadership as necessary
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; fluent Business Japanese (written and spoken)
• Outgoing, bright, quick, and flexible personality.
• Passionate follower and team player

Technical Skills

• Fluid in using Windows and/or Apple OSX computers for daily adventures
• Familiarity with iOS for internal communications apps
• Word, Excel, Powerpoint, office application experience
• Hands-on experience with CRM such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SugarCRM or comparible sales management is a plus.

This position is Tokyo-based doing direct sales and working with distributors and resellers in Tokyo, Osaka, Yokohama, Hiroshima, Nagoya, Sapporo, Fukuoka, Sendai.
